Week 2 Power Rankings
A little late, and by a different author, but we can't miss a week of power rankings, can we? This week 7 teams managed to break 100 points, and 10 of the 12 teams in the league already have a win. After two weeks it definitely doesn't look like anyone's going to run away with the league during the regular season.
Hmm:
12. Kenny Gee Willikers

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 7
This team is probably not going to stay down here for long, but despite the win in week 1, the Willikers currently sit as the lowest scoring team in the league by 34.01 points. Expect Forte to bounce back this week, but the tough matchup with the Fat Cats will likely yield another loss.
11. Clay Davis All-Stars

Record: 0-2; Last week’s ranking: 5
Suddenly with All-Day nearly being stuffed by the Lions, the pain of getting 5 points total from RBs 2 and 3 was insurmountable. Four players scored under 5 points. Hopefully this team can find that support it was looking for in week 1 soon, or the losses may continue.
10. BullerBezoarBonanza

Record: 0-2; Last week’s ranking: 11
111 points with 7 players scoring 9 or more is a good sign. It could have been the luck of the matchups, but this team still has some life in it.
9. Cactus!! WATCH OUT!!

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 9
A mediocre game was all this team needed to crush the Willikers. Benson has been surprisingly strong so far, but with the workload he's getting it's hard to expect he'll be able to keep it up. Expect games in the 90s from this team pretty often.
Maybe...:
8. Cool Runnings

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 10
106 points is a solid outing, but when only 3 players score over 10 points, it's cause for worry. Dallas Clark will not post 24 points every game.
7. Minions

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 6
Once again, it's Drew Brees. This time it's not enough for a win. I'm seeing a downward trend here.
6. Granite Daisies
Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 12
Another team with 3 solid players winning the game. The Daisies still have a good shot at maintaining a winning record if they can stay healthy.
5. Blinder Squirrels

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 2
Being blind apparently didn't help Tom Brady this week. No one on this team was exceptional in week 2, and most were mediocre. However this team is still strong and shouldn't have any problems staying in the top half.
Alright!:
4. Fat Cats
Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 8
Hello Matt Schaub! The cats woke up and managed to post the high score this week. Likely Schaub won't do quite as well each week, but Randy Moss will also score more than 2 points in a normal week. This team is definitely a contender for the top.
3. The Schmuckernators

Record: 1-1; Last week’s ranking: 1
A great game, and leading the league in points. However, a loss is a loss. With Barber likely out this week, this team is down a valuable player, but has enough depth for now to manage.
2. Ritzy Blitzers

Record: 2-0; Last week’s ranking: 3
Grabbing Sproles to handcuff LT was well worth it for this team. However, having two old running backs is troublesome already. Still, they're one of two undefeated teams, which means they're doing at least something right.
1. Cupcakes of Doom!

Record: 2-0; Last week’s ranking: 4
Hello Chris Johnson! His MONSTER game made all the difference for this team, turning what would have been a decent game into a great game. While it's unlikely teams will leave Johnson uncovered like the Titans did, expect him to continue to post huge plays.

Thanks for taking this over, Jaron. When the capitol of the world goes calling, you answer even if it means almost nonexistent internet connection for a week.
