Best. Comic. Ever.

1. So I was reading the comics today (meaning Friday the 15th, even though this will post on the 16th), and finally made my way to the bottom right corner of the comics to Doonesbury (apparently Elkhart likes political humor just enough to keep it in the bottom corner), and stumbled across the rare Doonesbury gem that not only makes me smile, but actually makes me laugh out lough. Read on:



Ah yes, through all this we as the liberal extreme of 'America-haters, Christian-haters, family-haters' try to paint the terrorists as actual people driven to such extremes by poor foreign policy and desperate situations, even though we know that all terrorists are simple evil freedom-haters. We should quit spreading our evil lies.

2. Also I know I mentioned this before so some of you heard it, but I had read this amazing quote about a right-wing film festival to counter Michael Moore's festival. Here's the quote:

“People are fed up and tired with the extreme left-wing radical fringe — America haters, family haters, Christian haters,”

3. You guys should all watch this video on ebaumsworld: don't touch my bone! It's hilarious, just right click and 'Save link as' to save it to your computer. It's worth it even over dialup.

4. Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica were all awesome premieres. Well, Battlestar Galactica would have been if I knew what the frack was going on. SG-1 was actually not awesome, but was more like, "Oh hey, we ended the show for like the third time last season... but I guess we're still here... and now Macgyver is done, and Sam is still away with her baby, and now we have to do a bunch of stuff even though we killed off every threat to humanity and stuff." Yeah, but Atlantis was actually awesome.
